And another view of my backyard. On the left side you may be able to tell that it slopes down, there are stairs that lead to the second tier (next picture)

This 2nd tier right now is the only place in my backyard that I have veggies in the ground. Everywhere else their are in Square Foot Gardens (SFGs) or pots. In the back are white onions I just planted this week. The bed all the way in the front contains carrot seeds that my 6 year old son, Jett, and I planted yesterday. In between is my first citrus tree and my wonderfully helpful boyfriend, Tony, has a couple rose bushes. I should take a moment to mention that by helpful, he's worked tirelessly to help me prep, weed, cut down large overgrown sun-blocking plants, so I could have my garden ready for planting.
There is one more tier after this one, but its not ready for public viewing :-)
